I am very much upset due to non activation of message alert on my Mobile no.[protected]. So kindly activate these services on above no. as soon as possible whether it is chargable or non chargable i accepted it on every term and condition.
Please activate all type of message alert on My Mobile no.[protected] otherwise i shall go shelter in consumer forum for take it seriously action against your false services

BSNL/CellOne — No Response From the Service Team
Hi,This is Sridas. I started using my bsnl broadband from May 5, 2008, but I recieved a bill in May as I have used it in April also. No higher authorities have mailed me in response to the bill (extra bill) despite my repeated mails. Nobody has the courtesy to find out or to reply me why it has happened and how and everybody says go there, next counter. Is it ok to sue them...Please advice.
