[Resolved] BSNL Cellone — Regarding Caller Tune Deactivation

My Cellone no -[protected] .I am facing a problem in deactivating my caller tune which was accidentally subscribed my me.I have called to Customer care more than 20 times but my issue has not been resolved since a month .I don't understand that for what purpose they are paid for? What I want is that my issue related Caller tune must be resolved as soon as possible as i have paid alot of money for this idiotic issue.
Unless I have to opt the way to knock the consumer forum door for this issue.
Will be thankful for this kindness.

My mobile number is [protected], I wanted to download ring tone for YPD 3 but by mistake it has sent for caller tone and got message that it will be activated with 48 hours from last sunday. I dont want to deactivate my previous and existing caller tone of sai baba bhajan. I am trying to contact through helpline number 1503 but not getting connected so please do the needful and retained the existing caller tone,
