I am a BSNL customer under pariyaram telephone exchange. The phone initially i had was one WLL phone with caller id and memory storage. Once a problem with the battery back up happen they have changed the phone and give one non caller id phone with no memory. Still my phone battery haven't any back up. It was under repair more than one month and given letter for rental reduction and a good battery, they have signed and told me they will not forward it to higher authority. whenever the problem comes i my self going and giving the phone. i have to take leave for submitting the phone. while i ask for battery with back up and phone with caller id and memory as earlier she spoke roughly, as she cant bring it from her home. I asked for complaint book they haven't shown it, told will be there at its position, i was unable to find it. What can i do to get justice. since i saw some advertisements about consumer forums trying this. Expecting to get justice...
