[Resolved]  BSNL — BILL NOT RECEIVED

Respected Sir,

On 4 feb 2011 , i submitted my bsnl broadband bill through this website:

portal.bsnl.in



Now even after payment , my broaband has not been started , moreover when i called bsnl representative , they told me that i have outstanding bills.That means they didnt recieved my payment , i pais 3323 INR, and cleared all balance , but they say i have outstanding bill of 3700 INR ! Please help me sir.

Please help me sir, i think my money has been wasted.
Since no receipt is generated , i have attached the copy of webpage ! Please do help me sir.
