[Resolved]  BSNL Chennai — Request to Rebate the the bill

Hello Sir,

I had requested to shift my connection from 23770114 on March 9th 2011 and till march 24th, i didnt get a new connection, I requested to waive my bill for non using the connection from above period and they approved it and the forthcoming bill, it doesnt get reflect, when i contacted them, i didnt get any proper response from Mrs. Suseela(Joint divisional Engg of BSNL in valasaravakkam branch). For that connection, i went to valasaravakkam branch for atleast 10 times in 16 days. Later i got a post regarding that I need to contact "Accounts Officer, KK Nagar for rental rebate"... Kindly justify and take necessary action.

My telephone landline No.[protected] not working past two months. Lot of complients given through phone. No responce. This month I got telephone charges for Rs. 398. I paid also.

Kindly arrange to rectify the problem immediately & arrange to repay the above amount to me.

My telephone landline No.[protected] not working at Apr.2011 & May 2011. Cable fault past 6 months, So MVL Exc. JTO also send our phone No to AO TR WE IV But telephone bill is not detected.

So kindly check the bill detected the amount.
My telephone no. is 23783066. The Broad Band Internet taken thereto was not operational for three months from April to 1t0h of July, 2011 and yet, on the assurance of J.E at Ganganagar that the amount will be rebated once the connection is restored, I have been regularly paying the Bill, but the amounts have not yet been reflected in the bills of July to November 2011 and again in the month of Nov.2011, for about 15 days there was complete black out. For these reasons I have not paid the Bill for the month of Nov. 2011 and I have now received a msg from bsnl that it should be paid before 20th of Dec. or else the service will be disrupted. As it is, it is not a regular service the consumers of Ganganagar are receiving from BSNL. I would request you to kindly look into the matter and revoke the bill for the month of Nov.2011 and give effect to the balance amount in the upcoming bills.For one reason or the other the service is interrupted on a regular basis forcing customers to go in for other mode of Internet usage. The authorities shouldlook into this very seriously
