[Resolved] BSNL — Activation of caller tune

I am a BSNL customer. My postpaid no is [protected].On 18 March 2011 a caller tune was activated and charged Rs 30 before prior notice. The service no was 56700. On calling on this no they charged Rs 12 as changing the caller tune. Kindly give the proof of this activation. I kindly request you to deactivate this caller tune and do not activate such services without information.Please refund my charges. Please co-operate immediately or your service will be suspended.

A REQUEST FOR BSNL CALLER TUNE FOR MOBILE NO [protected] WAS SENT BY ME ON 17.05.2010. ITS 04.06.10 TODAY. BUT MY BSNL CALLER TUNE IS STILL NOT ACTIVATED BUT I HAVE BEEN CHARGED FOR THIS FACILITY OF RS.37/-. WHENEVER I TRIED TO MAKE CONTACT WITH CUSTOMER CARE,I HAVE BEEN TOLD " PLEASE WAIT". THEREFORE I REQUEST YOU TO INVESTIGATE THIS PROBLEM & SHOOT OUT MY PROBLEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
