BSNL — DELAY IN SHIFTING OF LAND LINE

My Telephone number is[protected]. I have applied for the shift of my telephone on May 28th 2010 and my order has been sent to the corresponding TVS Nagar exchange, Coimbatore on 29th May 2010. But till today (13.08.2010) no action has been taken in spite of nearly 25 calls and so many e-mails to the greivence cell and to the dept. of telecommunications. IS BSNL IS ALIVE? WHY ATTRACTING CUSTOMER'S BY PUTTING TENT (AND GIVING OFFERS) IN THE ROAD SIDE? IF THE CUSTOMER'S SATISFACTION IS GOOD, WHAT IS THE NECESSARY FOR SUCH OFFERS?
