BSNL — Phone is not working

SIR,

That my land line no[protected] is not working form last
Two weeks .

I have already tell to your line man that the wire of phone is damaged but he had not replaced it .

sir kindly look up to my complaint if their was no response by yours so it is not necessary to me for your land line I will disconect it.

my telephone number 280 1899 is not working since last two
days i have been complaint by telephone but no responce have been received from your department

last week also phone was not working complaint was soled but once again its dead from last two days

as i am a heart pasent and i have urgently need a phone any time for contect the doctors so please do the needful and oblige as early as possible

Hello Sir,
This is Ravithra Ramesh Shetty was earlier the resident of Dombivili(w) and have now shifted to Dombivili(E) MIDC Regency Estate, Bldg no.20B.On 13th November I submited the form of transfer to the MIDC office still thereis no response from the when called they are not attending the call the phone is just ringing.

Last 2 months my landline telephone no.[protected] is not working, my docket number is 31340,
No one is taking any action regerding complaint in your Bhatpara BSNL office. pls. do as early as possible otherwise i will go for new connection to another company. Sir , i socked that BSNl is the largest telecom com. in India and this is the customer service? Pls. Pls. Pls. do it as early as possible.

hi, my phone is not working properly since last six months, i had filed complain in bsnl 15 days ago and when i follow up after some days my complain is solved, while actually no one came to solve complain and that department write down that mr modi's team solved my complain. i dont know what to do because this indian goverment employees just dont want to do work they just want their pay, they dont want to take any responsibility,
