I HAVE SURENDERED MY LANDLINE PHONE[protected] ON 31/08/2010. EVEN AFTER FREQUENT REMINDERS OVER PHONE TO CUSTOMER CARE, BLOCK 16, NEYVELI TOWNSHIP AND CUDDALORE OFFICE, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY DEPOSIT AMOUNT TILL DATE. HENCE, SUITABLE STEPS MAY BE TAKEN FOR MY COMPLAINTS.

my phone conection was cut on Thane cyclon i have residing at rajasthan my family is in neyveyi my son and daughter are in abroadmy phone no is 282422 i have re[poted so many times throuh phone no 252200&252250. so for no action was taken last 25 days my phon is out of order.Is Bsnl team working or not let me know th your satergy.
