[Resolved]  BSNL Customer Care — rs.44/- balance gone

my no is [protected] balance is gone autometically when i recharge my mobbile of rs 55/- only Rs.35/- came and Rs44/- gone .comeplain no is bellow
date 01.02.2010- 0118730. 2-date 01.02.2010-IB[protected] dt.13.01.10 A1300099. 4. dt11.01.10- 1100374 athese complain no.but they dont slove my complain and miss behave with me.
