sir I have called custmer care at 1503 many times regarding activation of gprs and configuration setting in mobile.but they are not giving any good response.in haalf call they disconnect call.my number is BSNL [protected].and i have requested for activating internet and send configuration setting.i have purchaged this new sim before 5days.sir please take proper action..
