This is very true that BSNL Data Card (PCMCIA) is very very slow and it is a real struggle to work with it. Even BSNL Customer Service is very poor. The Customer Service don't care to response to the complaints of the customers who are suffering for their poor service.

BSNL — Slow Speed of Data Card PCMCIA
My Data Card is PCMCIA Type and the connection no. is [protected].The speed of the data card is very very slow. It is pathetic to browse any website. The internet speed is abnormally slow and gets disconnected frequently. I am facing this problem for last 10-11 months. I have tried to contact Customer Care but all in vain. I am unable to do any work in internet. Each month, I am paying for the monthly rental charge for internet of the Data Card which is a total waste since the speed of the internet so slow that I cannot use it.
Request BSNL, Kolkata to kindly take necessary actions to rectify the problem at the earliest
