I have broadband connection of BSNL.My telephone number is [protected]. My problem is that without using the broadband connection much, I was sent abnormal amount of bills in two cnsecutive months by the BSNL office, Samastipur, Bihar. I was shocked to see that. So I decided to change the password of my userID keeping in mind any possibility of leakage of password. But when I tried to login using my old password, I got the message that it is the incorrect username/password. I tried again and again but failed. Before this I also tried to lock my phone dynamically but I failed to do so that also by the suggested procedure. When I contacted the local BSNL office, I did not get satisfactory results. My userID is sweta_prasad and my password is "password" as per record issued by the local BSNL Office.

I, therefore request you to kindly pay attention regarding my problems as soon as possible as I have already suffered a lot. I will be very thankful to you for this.

- FIrst of all i would like to say, when we gave password for bsnl telephone, broadband connection was not their. now we have broad connection on bsnl telephone. Now i have to change the password but i am not able to change the password.
- Is there any diferent procedure for changing password on BSNL telephone when it is connected to broadband. If so please intimate me procedure or steps to be done for changing password on my email ID s.[protected]@gomassystems.com
Please help me out to solve the problem.
