I have been complaining bsnl customer case since a month now (12 July 2011) about not working of the internet but no one turns up to resolve this, infact when i check the status of my complaint with customer case after few days they say my complaint is showing resolved in their system. Now almost after (06 Aug 2011) a month when my broadband services are working i am facing a speed issues. it is as slow as a dialup connection. i even tested the speed on the dataone portal (They have option to test the speed) it shows 25.2kbps which is too less than what i have enrolled for.
FYI : my plan is for monthly 2mbps
Monthly fee: Rs. 250.
Limit: 1GB

BSNL DATAONE — Speed Issues
They claim to provide Broadband download speed from 1 Mbps upto 2 Mbps whereas it ranges from 56 Kbps to 324 Kbps. They are charging a hefty amount of 1700 per month. How should I proceed further. Please help me in this regards. Fed up with BSNL people.
