I am having connectivity issue for the past two weeks of time. Even I made a complaint thro' 198 but there is no response. There is no one to pick the call when we are calling the helpdesk No: 1500.
It is really poor service from the india's biggest network service provider (BSNL). I am really felling very bad to be a BSNL customer. Kindly requesting someone to address this issue and resolve it.
I have received the bill for the whole month but during the last month, I didn't use the connection because of this issue. I am not sure that how the BSNL is charging for the whole month. Was this information helpful? |
