[Resolved] BSNL Dataone — Improper Bills | |
My telephone number is[protected]. I have applied for BSNL dataone connection last year and got the same installed last month only. My first bill was totally incorrect, I have applied for unlimited plan of Rs.750/- but they have activated wrong plan due to which i was over charged for downloading. I have been to BSNL Ulhasnagar office personally and met some official there. I dndt got any refund and was advised to pay the bill and got the assurance that plan is now changed to 750 Unlimited Plus and next month onwards i will receive the bill of Rs.750/- irrespective of my usage. but today i shocked to see the bill of Rs.6000/-. U charge interest in the name of SURCHARGE, which even includes the penalty element.
Then, What is the occasion, that U disconnect my internet connection, on[protected], w/o any Notice ?
Are there any Rules ?
And I make the payment on 26.10.2009, assured that the internet connection will be restored by 4.00 p.m. on 27.10.2009 and inspite of my several phone calls to 1957, from where I get the repetitive standard reply since morning of 27.10.2009, that they are helpless and I shud contact 2333444 and when I try that number, no one responds, inspite of all my efforts.
Kindly look into it.
