BSNL Dataone — Access denied in spite of password reset

My telephone number is[protected]. I recently got my telephone shifted. Though the broadband has been activated, I am getting user name and password: incorrect. On 192.168.1.1 page, under WAN it shows Authentication Failure. The password has been reset as per the call centre people but it is still not working. I got Broad Bandconnection of 500 monthly plan with my Phone NO:[protected].I want to see my Data Usage.When I give the username and password provided by the BSNL in dataone.in login page it displays username/password invalid.what will do pl z provide solution to this problem

I got broadband connection 4 days ago wnen i type in my user name and password it says invalid
it worked for the first day only is there a way to work it.
