BSNL Dataone — not able to know account usage

I could not unable to chek o[censored]sage account hence I don't know I am exceeding my limit.
Can you help me.

BSNL — could not able to check usage of BSNL-DATAOne usage

could not able to check usage of broad band from the Bsnlco.in
It always ask for the username and password id @ofdataone in& does not allows tocheck usage of broadband& how much is down loaded.

broadband usage details is not opening...very poor response from this site
show us the proper format o[censored]sage details so that we come to know how much we hav used...
only speed is satisfactory...other facilities r useless.
there is no proper response from customer care also...
please take suitable measures to overcome these problems...

sir i have reset my bsnl account management password, by using
bbservice.bsnl.in, it showed me conformation that ur password is
successfully reset, but now when i am using this password for
account management then it is showing me invalid user id/password, please help me, otherwise tell me alternative to check my account usage

Im not able to view my broadband usage for the past one week.In usage account profile my name please be corrected as H.Martin Joseph Albert insead of Martin A Albert.
