Hi,
My number is .............. Around 200 rs have been deducted from account after giving unwanted messages at my number. My mother uses the mobile, BSNL sends unwanted promotional messages or setting to my mobile, which my mother opens unknowingly. And they reduce the amount. I can understand its being done once or twice. But this is 4 times now. Last time i have lodged complaint as well, but nothing happened. They said it wont happen and they resolved the ticket. I have initiated DND request as well but this happens.
This really has been a pathetic experience with BSNL. I recharged my number because my mom stays at home and balance in the cell would help in her making important calls. But since i recharged, BSNL has been doing this consecutively.
Now i really am fed of this service. Can this be traced out? I want a resolution as where this process is wrong.
Enough is enough. Now they have barred me calling the customer care saying the option 9 is invalid when i try to talk to customer care .
