I would like to draw your attention that I am using BSNL service.([protected]) On 25/09/13 I send a message to BSNL service no. (52244) to activate plan of MRP [protected]@1.2p/2Sec.The company has deducted 108.59rs from my account and send me a confirmation message that your plan of 122 has been activated.
But sir it was not activated and when I complained to customer care they were saying that You have selected a wrong plan(MRP 125 plan) but sir this plan was closed since last 10 years..

The same thing happen yesterday I sent a message to activate MRP [protected]@1.2p/2sec..balance from my mobile has been deducted.
Please sir see to my problem, and take some action towards the service management.
I have proof and kept those messages which was confirmation message.
