BSNL — Deduction of Money Unnecessarily | |||
Dear Sir/Madam This is to inform you that the services provided by the BSNL customer care center is very bad. My mobile has been activated with unknown services and deducting money unnecessarily. If asked for they would reply that "System shows you have activated mobile radio" . I would want to know how come without my concern these get activated. Myself being very careful I do know this activations happen only when I press ok or send a reply to an unwanted SMS were-as this has not happened. BSNL — unnecessary deduction of money
heyi wanna register a complaint about the unnecessary deduction of money from my debit card. i usd my debit card for the online recharge of my cell few times, but the money is beeing deducted several times by my card. kindly send me the details of all my transactions. and also send me the details of the numbers which has been recharged by my card.
