Dear Sir/Ma'am,
This is to bring to your kind notice that I had applied for change of broadband plan several times in Nov 10, Feb 11. Despite changing the plan from 600 combo to 625 unlimited plans respectively, the bsnl staff are still charging me based on 600 combo plan with huge amount of bills which is exceeding my expense budget. Although the plan showing in my online bsnl account is 625 unlimited plan, but on the bill is still showing the old 600 combo plan since Feb 11.
The last two month bills were 2947 (Jul11) & 1794 (Aug 11) respectively. Also half of the time the landline is always out of service.
I have requested several times to the BSNL staff at St.Thomas school branch and Patel nagar exchange branch but all in vain. The staff are very rude and they keep asking to submit the form and then they never give any acknowledgment receipt as a proof.
I am really very distressed with harrasment I have been facing for the past 10 months and therefore
I would like to lodge a complaint against BSNL, Dehradun and I hope to get some support from your department to take appropriate action against them.
