BSNL — Unnecessary deduction from account balance | |||
Dear Sir, I am a customer of BSNL prepaid services. My mobile number is [protected]. On 16th of January Rs. 30 was deducted from my phone balance. When I enquired the customer care representative regarding this case, he said that I am subscribed to a service for beauty tips. I have not subscribed to this service, this is a deduction done by BSNL deliberately as my brother is also facing the same problem. BSNL — unnecessary subscription of beauty tips
i am just fed up with unwanted subscription of beauty tips pack, and i request 4 - 5 time at bsnl customer care to deactivate this pack.. but the didn't help me and complain about 3 - 4 time but there is no response from bsnl.
