I have deactivated {Mobile invester subscription pack, short code[protected]} service for my mobile [protected] on dated approx july 2010. Moreover I got confirmation from BSNL that service has been deactivated successfully but the charge been deducted for the same service after its deactivation. While talking to 1503 Customer Care they are unable to find out mistake and also stated that money deducted (Rs.30) will not be refunded in future. Please take a legal action for this.
