DECEMBER 28, 2008 I WENT TO A EZY POINT RETAILER TO MAKE A RECHARGE OF RS.200[225 VALIDITY] THE RETAILER HAS RECEIVED THE CONFERMATION MESSAGE BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY MESSAGE/BALANCE/VALIDITY. I HAVE TALKED TO CUSTOMER CARE, BUT THEY ARE NOT GIVING ME ANY ANSWER.MY NO. IS [protected]

sir your authirised dealer of barnala(punjab)-148101 can not solve our problem.
they can not active our no.[protected]. when i contect him reggarding this problem they misbehave with us and can not tell the reason why they can't activate my number.

Sir, I went to many times to BSNL office Ropar (Giani zail Singh nagar ) to solve mobile enternet problems.They did not deal me. They can not solve small problems.I went to Mr.Gupta, but he did not entertain me. Tell me by return mail where I go to solve BSNL problems.

I recharge on my Bsnl number [protected] of Rs 100 on 15 Aug i recieve sms that Recharge successful but i did not recieve talk time.
I also try to contact Customer Care but i am unable to connect
