[Resolved] BSNL Faridabad — NON FUNCTIONAL PHONE LINE

Phone no 2274681 is non-functional for more than two months. Line man Mr.Ram Kishan has visited once and restored the line about ten days ago but it again went out of order within a couple of days. Whenever we try to log in the complaint, the standard response is that it is out of order due to technical reasons. While trying on this number, we get the normal ringing, which does not connect to the telephone. Can something be done?

phone no 2500322.It is with great regret that I wish to complaint against the JE and storeman responsible foe exchanging the phone at Sector 16, faridabad office. I have been to the storeman thrice while on leave to change the unserviceable phone. He is rude in dealing and refuses to change the phone on the pretext o[censored]navailability of serviceable phones.
I do not wish to bellitle myself going again & again.Staying at Alwar and NOT getting to speak with my family at Faridabad is bad communication.
May I request you to give suitable instructions to exchange the phone and sensitize the storeman in public dealing.
