I have lodged a complaint against my faulty telephone no.[protected] with the doc.no.[protected] on 8-9-2012, surprisingly the case was closed by sending a message without attending to the problem or calling the complainant. Again I booked complaint on[protected] the doc. no. being [protected]. I request the authorities concerned to rectify the problem and not simply closing the case without attending to the same. By following these techniques the name and fame of the BSNL will diminish to a large extent.
