PREVIOUSLY THE BSNL CALLED ME AND SAID PRIOR TO DOWNLOAD THAT GAMES IS FREE FOR ONE MONTH . WE EVEN DID NOT OPEN THE GAMES FROM THE DAY ONE, BUT THE BSNL CHARGED 200/- IN BILL DATED[protected]. EVEN AFTER AFTER SCORES OF REQUESTS THAT WE ARE NOT INTERESTED IN GAMES AND REQUESTED TO DEACTIVATE THE GAMES .THE REQUESTS FOR DEACTIVATION AND UNSUBSCRIBE IS VALIED TILL THIS DAY. THIS IS NOT ONLY A COMPLAINT BEFORE THE BSNL BUT ALSO BEFORE THE CONSUMER FORUM.PLEASE CANCEL THE BILL OF RS.200/- AND DEACTIVATE THE GAMES .
