BSNL — Getting Bill After Submitting Cancellation Form

I have got cancelled the landline connection. But i am still getting this month bill.
The following are the details regarding the Phone no-

And other details are as

Account Number [protected]
Invoice Number [protected]

Please give me some solution regarding this issue. Either i should fill an affidavit regarding the
BSNL Area Manage or any alternative.
