I have already lodged 3 complains through call and now BSNL customer care have barred my call i.e i am not able to lodge a complain about my GPRS Activation and Setting for my mobile make motorola and model W270. my complain nos are A[protected], A[protected], G[protected] now i want a quick action on this otherwise i am going to mail PEHREDAR On CNBC Awaz for your kind information about your responce. I tried a lot to connect with PC.. The problem is w270 has a win modem and it wont connect at all.. First try to connect with ur mobile gprs.. then try connecting with PC..

i want 2 say that i am being looted by the bsnl company continuously. i have been charged rs. 400 twice and rs. 300 and rs.100 3-4 times..for no reasons..wen i called the customer care no one picked the phone and i'm yet not informed.

i want my cpmplaint to go further and strict actions for the cause..

hey guyz, ill tell u how to run grps on motoyuva w270.

STEP1 :- send a message GPRSPRE to 53733 for gprs activation.
STEP2 :- send a message <your cell model> to 58355 for downloading settings.
STEP3:- restart ur phone & start gprs .[restart is important for using gprs]
