sir,i have complaint many times about my balance deduction in bsnl ( gsm), company automatically activate a service to my no. named as masti pack, and charged rs6.00 inr..
i called many times to customer care and de-activated that service..
but they again and again activate this service..
and deduct balance..

BSNL GSM — Wrong deduction of balance

Sir!
BSNL is deducting wrong balance..

I have 2 BSNL mobiles.

Yesterday at 11:30pm he deduct 25rs in both of my mobile at the same time..

They activate monthly radio subscription pack in my both mobile..

What i do..

When i call customer care he says that there are no services activated in ur mobiles..

Plz help me..

My 1st no: [protected]
My 2nd no: [protected]

plz deactivate this service as soon as possible..

Also tell him that do not activate/deduct wrong service or balance.

Yes..

BSNL is FULLY F.A.L.T.U Company.

They deduct balance wrongly..

Also customer care is not giving any response..

They r making us fool..
