I have purchased new 3G SIM card with 700 unlimited plan on 15 dec 2012 from guindy office.

I have been told that plan is of 3.2 Mbps for first 5 GB and 256 after 5 GB Kbps for unlimited usage.
For first month everything worked ok, I got my first bill on 4 JAN 2013 with amount 402.00 Rs, payment due date 15 JAN 2013.
I have paid billed amount on 10 JAN 2013( receipt attached, also got sms confirmation for bill payment); but even after payment I am still getting only 256Kbps.
I have called customer care numerous times, but every time, executive filed complained; but never gave complaint number.
Executives always say you will get complaint no in sms, but I never got such SMS.
After waiting for some time.
I have also filled online complaint on web site Docket number A16TN300623, mobile no for communication [protected].
Also filed complaint on other grievance site TND/CO/2013/126
But I didn't received any reply or any call from BSNL and complaint has not been solved yet.
I already sent mail as per Grievance Redressal Mechanism link on Chennai BSNL web site. to DGM at [protected]@bsnl.co.in e - mail address.
Till date I didn't got any reply from the department.
I am not getting 3.2 Mbps even after paying full billed amount and now new bill will be generated for this month.
I am not going to pay any more until I get proper services.

BSNL GSM SERVICE — someone getting call by using my number
Hello team,I am Abhishek Panchal and i'm using BSNL gsm service and since last 1 week one user whose number is[protected] and this user getting calls from my number but actually i haven't call on this number and when i asked BSNL customer care number they also told me that there is no call been dialed from your number to this person and this user calling me and using bad words and all these stuff so can you please suggest me what should i do....please please guide me team..!!
