Dear Sir.
For a long time I am enjoying using BSNL Phone and Broadband connection. But for the last two-three months (April-June, 09) I am facing problem. Even after making the repetition complain no action has taken place. Every time I hear from the local telephone exchange that they are changing cable and will be rectified soon, but the problem has not been solved.
Even I am not able to get deduction when the phone line is completely dead.
{Now since Sunday till today (Thursday, Time 11. 55 AM) the phone is dead.}
Would you please look into the matter and pass it on to the concern Authority to solve this problem.

Iam the consumer of bsnl and my tele.no is 2302142 which is running at my house No.235 sector-5 Part-6, Urban Estate, Gurgaon. I never got my telephone bill at my house for your deptt. When bill dated expired your deptt. is disconnected without any notice. So Please mainted your billing service timely. Many time I have paid extra payment after expiry of bill date. If future if your deptt. not send in my bill above mentioned addresss.I will not paid any extra payment. So, please mainted your billing service by local posted or courior.
