BSNL Gurgaon — Landline dead

My landline phone number is lying dead since 21st July and repeated complaint on 198 has yielded no results except my getting complaint docket number 4228.

I have also spoken to a lady who identified herself as Secretary to the General Manager today morning but till now nothing has happened.

I want immediate redressal of my complaint as i am not able to call my partners overseas due to which my business is suffering a lot. Kindly do something.

my land line telephone No.[protected] is completely dead since 17.11.2010 in spite of repeated requested and personal visits to the mtnl office no action has been taken till date.
