BSNL Gurgaon — Negligence to attend telephone complaint for Telephone No[protected]

I am very much frustrated with BSNL service. My landline telephone no[protected] is dead from last 15 days. I have registered complaint to 4-5 times but still it is not resolve even they automatically close the complaint and change the status to resolved. In last 5 month phone not works more then 15 days in a month. I tried to reach out following BSNL persons but they all are not taking pain. 1. Line man Mr. Om Dutt[protected] Saying piche se falt aa raha ha will take time ask from other officers when resolve, He always try to avoid complaint. 2. SDO Mr. Raj ([protected]) 99% not pick number and if say will take time line is falfty 3. S. D. Gupta [protected] Every time say will resolve it by evening but not resolve it.
