Respected sir,I want your kind attention for this harrusment.from the bigining my ph no-[protected]
1.BSNL network in my area(vill-Ramkrishnapally kowgachi,p.o-Shyamnagar, Mobile Tower-noapara)is very bad. 2.On the day of 14,15 September 2013 BSNL cut a vast amount of rs/- for that my balance which was approx 96/- came to 16/-.
3.on the day of 16th Sep 2013 I lost my ph.due to an accident.on 17 th Sep I told to customer care to block my sim ,they told me within 72 hr they will block my sim.bt they did't do that.after that they only blok outgoing cl of my sim.
4.on day day of 23rd Sep 2013 I issued a duplicate sim from Barrackpur BSNL officea,but in here I m facing same problem.all outgoing cl are barred.I alread gave complain to customer care.complain no 119524.
5.Because thise much days has gone from 16-23 Sep I am loosing 144/- promo validity and talk time value.on the of 16 th Sep 2013.I hv done this recharge.this recharge validity-18th Sep 2013. Was this information helpful? |
