Dear sir/Madam,
This is to bring to kind notice that I have paid my BSNL telephone bill Rs.2648/- online with my SBI Visacard through HDFC gateway on 15/05/2010. By mistake I have paid twice on the same day and it has been debited (please refer SBI card May 2010 statement which is attached herewith). Till date it is not been credited in BSNL account(please refre attached BSNL bill). During that bSNL was changing there servicer and they have informed me that the amount may be credited if the new server is updated. I have visited many times to BSNL office and found one day that they have not received the amount. They asked me to contact HDFC bank. Then I written to HDFC bank on 16/11/2010 and expecting some favorable reply from them. Yesterday I came to know that HDFC cannot help me in this regard and asked me to contact SBI Card.
Please do the needful as I am running after this for last 7 months. I am attaching the letter to BSNL, SBI card statement and my BSNL bill for your ready reference.
