I bought bsnl data card in April'09 from BSNL customer service, Behala. I paid Rs.2912/- for it. But, from the first day it was going unexpectedly slow. Download speed is in general 1kbps to 2.5kbps. Sometimes, it cannot be connected to the server. Now, I've become bore with this and want to relief from this. In this context, please give me an opportunity to convert this cdma data card to broadband with no charge or please give my money back.

I had applied for the cdma data card for internet thru your agent (appln no - DE/5629/B9633, on dated 04/09/2009) but yet to receive the card. kindly revert with the status of the same.
