BSNL is not consumer friendly. It is high time that the authorities realized that consumer should not be trapped, tricked and robbed. Earlier when I had the land line they used to bill be exhorbitantly, charging huge amounts for no calls charged. Subsequently I had to surrender my land phone. It saved me a large amount thereafter. Now they have started playing tricks on the mobile. They should stop it. They should understand that they should not unnecessarily harm people.

this is the third time i shall complaint throgh this forum they are charged 10 fortnightly with out my requst.my#[protected].

i am also losing Rs10- every fortnight.one time I received a message how I can Unsub this service.I did but at the cost of Rs 5-.Service was not stopped.I.E.Again and again Rs 10- Charged.This is DAY THEFT.
Please somebody tell how to stop this.My cell No:[protected]
Will BSNL look into this?
