I have made complaint about my Land line number [protected], which is not working from, 06th Feb 2012. I registered my first complaint on 06th Feb 2012 (Document No:[protected]) , second complaint made on 09th Feb 2012 (Document No:[protected]), Third complaint made on 10th Feb 2012 (Document no:[protected]), Forth complaint made on 12th Feb 2012 (Document no:[protected]) and final and fifth complaint on 13th Feb 2012 (Document No:[protected]) through 1500 customer care service, but when ever i made a complaint with in 12 hours time i'm getting a sms stating that " Your complaint has been closed". Employees from BSNL are not even attending the problem ,without our confirmation, that complaint is being closed by the people. without visiting the location, they are writing a remark"Door Lock".
I request E-Consumer forum people to help me out in this regard, and requesting you to instruct the BSNL department to not send any bills for this phone problem period.
