BSNL — Incorrect information given by customer care representative | |||
I called up bsnl customer care to get the details of plan which provides unlimited STD from bsnl to bsnl. She said, please recharge with Rs344. I asked her to inform the shop owner as well, the same was told to him as well. As expected, it was incorrect information as the recharge was for LOCAL and not STD. This whole recharge is useless to me as i wanted to make only STD calls. Even after making repeated calls, bsnl guys are not answering on my problem. Was this information helpful? | |||

Respected sir,I am subhranil roy of west bengal, burdwan, asansol
i am using bsnl and i asked a question to the customer care and according to RTI act i have the right to get the information but they gave a false information and because of that i have taken bsnl 3g but it is not working accordingly they said.
I will be highly obliged if you take any strict action against them.
