I am bsnl costumer vide phone no. [protected] .One fine morning somebody called and forced me to activate online games which are completely free and after one month i recieved bsnl bill adding Rs 200/- towards GAMES ON DEMAND which i never demanded .This complete episode is looking like cheating the people by keeping them in confusion, toll free number is not at all responding.Even i am unable to deactivate/unscribe due to their careless guidance .I want to deactive /unscribe immediately.Concern BSNL Acconts officer not at all responding to the issue, They want conformation return MAIL .

i agreed. But it was not at all activated. inthe bill of may and june 2011, it was
charged @ rs.200/-. i was surprised. please take necessary steps to refund
