From past five days, the internet service in my house is down. The DSL lamp is also not on. I have complained twice to the fault repair service. But without any use. My user id is aparna_bhargav.
1. Turn on your modem, open any browser, type in the browser http://192.168.1.1
2. It will prompt you for username and password. put "admin" (without the quotes) in both field.
3. Go to Advanced Setup. There will be 5 bridge connection and 1 PPPoE connection.
4. Edit PPPoE Connection.
5. Click next, next. Then you will see PPP User Name and Password.
6. Set the user id to the first user id with which the connection was taken. and its password as well.
7. Next and Save and reboot the modem
