I HAVE AN BSNL EVDO PREPAID DATA CARD....MY CARD SEEING FULL TOWER ALWAYS....NET SPEED IS VERY VERY SLOW....AND IT DISCONNECTS AFTER 10-15 MINUTES.....WHAT A KIND OF SERVICE...HATE IT... Was this information helpful? | |||

I m a bsnl customer of east zone. From last 1 month the internet on mobile is not coming. i came to know suddenly they change the apn address, thats why it is not coming. some how i collect the new apn address and put in my mobile. after that also the service i could not able to get. i repeatedly tried to talk with customer rep but their service is very poor and phone lines are always busy. so kindly advise what i can do ?

I am writing this from Tiruvalla. This complaint is regarding the internet connection service provided to my house .I have paid the amount for the internet service and was using it for some time . But now I am unable to get the internet service to my house . It is a bit of inconvenience to do my job at home . Kindly do the needful .
