BSNL — Irresponsible BSNL Employees | |||
My BSNL land line[protected]Chottanikkara exchange, Ernakulam SSA) do not work for the last few months. Even after registering many complaints, the issue was not rectified. I was really frustrated and requested to disconnect the phone. Then, the BSNL employees agreed to fix my issue. I have given a new application to re-initiate my connection. However, till today I have not got the connection. Whenever, I contact the BSNL, I used to get a reply from the line man that he will come and fix it soon. Was this information helpful? | |||

BSNL — BSNL Staff Responding Irresponsible
WE APPROACHED BSNL OFFICE TO PAY "DISCOUNTED ANNUAL PAYMENT OPTION (RS)" FOR "BB HOME COMBO UL 625 PLAN", WHICH WE HAD OPTED ALMOST A YEAR BACK, BUT THE OFFICER ON BSNL DESK DECLINED TO ACCEPT THE SAME AND TOLD TO COME ONLY ON 1ST OF NEXT MONTH TO PAY....WE HAVE ALREADY OPTED FOR "BB HOME COMBO UL 625" LAST YEAR AND WE VERY WELL KNOW THAT THE EFFECT OF THE "DISCOUNTED ANNUAL PAYMENT OPTION (RS)" WILL BE FROM THE NEXT BILLING CYCLE...
I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY BSNL STAFF BEHAVES IN THIS REDICULOUS MANNER... I THINK THIS IS ONLY THE REASON WHY BSNL - A PROFIT MAKING MAKING COMPANY BEFORE 5 YEARS IS NOW LOSS MAKING COMPANY...
