main abhi on line recharge kiya magar mera abhi tak balance nahi mala.

bsnl jabalpur — Fake bill amount

During the month of Oct 2010 BSNL launched a scheme India Game on Demand from the broad band connection free for that month. We got the facility deactivated immediately but I am still getting bills ofRs.200/- per month in my bills. While visiting BSNL Jabalpur office they it is outsourced and no control over it. Please tell me how a govt body can cheat people.

This is to inform you that my telephone No.[protected] is not since 24 days and, i had made complaints so many times, but sreponse was as usual, las time i made complaint in your office to Mr. Nitin Malviya, who give me complaint No.[protected], bu till date no sespose received,
It is very offen that this telephone not works properly, My family take this phone as a asset, but due to detterant co-operation of your department we are now willing to got disconnect it,
If this telephone is not connected within 2days, I will have to move the letter of disconnection of the same .
