I HAVE BROADBANK UNLIMITED FACILITY ON MY BSNL LANDLINE PHONE NO[protected] AT MY RESIDENCE AT NIRMAN NAGAR JAIPUR. LAST SEVERAL DAYS BROADBANK IS NOT WORKING. I HAVE LODGED SEVERAL COMPLAINTS TO BSNL ON 1504 LAST WERE [protected] AND 7507784. EVERY TIME PHONE CALL FROM BSNL COMES BUT NO EXECUTIVE VISIT MY HOUSE TO RECTIFY THE PROBLEM. I HAVE ALSO TRIED TO CONTACT CGM BSNL JAIPUR FOUR DAYS BACK AND SOME MR GOYAL AUSSURED ME TO RESOLVE MY PROBLEM IMMEDIATELY. I AM REALLY TIRED TO CONTACT BSNL JAIPUR BUT NO RESULT. Sir,
Above telephone & Broad band connection is not working since 23.01.2013. Even after repeated requested this has not been attended. The cable connection was broke by the sewerage work contractor while laying the pipe line. In last 12 days technicians came twice, see it went back no progress has made so far. Therefore requested to kindly arrange to attend on priority.
