My land line connection No[protected] provided with Broad Band is out of service from last 15-20 days. A complaint was registered on BSNL phone No[protected] with Complaint No. Ha [protected], but no one attended it. Today a fresh complaint has been registered with No.Ha [protected] as old complaint is not traceable. Please attend it urgently. There is some problem in the line, as some time we are getting incoming calls, but most of the time there is no dial tone.

Fault repair
My land line connection No[protected] provided with Broad Band is out of service from last 15-20 days. A complaint was registered on BSNL phone No 198 with Complaint No.7202843 and recovery no. [protected], but no one attended it. From last 15 days I have registered complaint at our exchange (Nirman Nagar) at[protected] they asked that we not traceable your complaint. Please attend it urgently. All other landlines nearby are in working .Pl. help

There is some problem in the line, as some time we are getting incoming calls, but can not get to use for calling or outgoing call .I have already payed an amount instied of that my outgoing call is band .Please attend it urgently to My land line connection No[protected] .
