[Resolved]  BSNL Kalyan — no proper service to broadband customers

I applied for broadband connection with plan 'home250', i got it but after that i applied to change the plan to 'HOME COMBO 500c' on January 14,but i did't got it.
I went to the BSNL office to check what is the problem? People working there checked their system, it was showing that the new plan is activated on Jan 21.But it was not visible in the portal.
The just said not to use the service according to new plan, use the old one only for now,new plan will be effective from the next month(March).
So i waited but the new plan is still not activated.

i Mr suhag as son of Mrs Taraben. we have BSNL number 2434845 & we disconnect my brodband line. so i request that i alredy paid 12 month advance payment of brodband & also telephone bill so please send me refund thrue cheque on my address. Thank you
I was presently staying at Guru Prem Complex, Badlapur (E) holding Tel No. 2692395 and later on shifted to Maulinagar CHS Ltd in 2007. I had applied for shifting the above number, but due to non availability of cable the same could not be shifted. I had requested that as soon as possible new cable be installed in that area so that I can apply and get a new connection. The urgency is that I am holding the post of P.A to Hon'ble Vice-Chairman, M.A.T, Mumbai, and because of that I am required to be in touch with the Hon'ble Vice-Chairman for day to day work. Even the use of mobile is not up to the mark. Also I am intending of going for purchasing a Computer for that Internet connectivity is required.
I had spoken with the SDE, Badlapur for the last two years and he has informed me that the file is in process. My humble request is that necessary steps be taken urgently to lay down new cables so that I apply for a new connection and get the same at the earliest.
My broad band on telephone no.[protected] is not working since 01-03-

2010 kindly do the needful.
I got a broadband combo connection at my residence in the month of June, 2010 and till today, I am not able to work on my internet as error 678 was appearing. Numerous complaints have been made to Nandivli Exchange, MIDC Dombivli office and also Kalyan office besides sending e.mails to [protected]@bsnl.com with a copy to [protected]@bsnl.co.in, but of no avail.
My residence No.[protected]. Is there anyone in the BSNL who can listen to the customers' grievance ?
