Internet connection – disorder

I, the undersigned Shri Suresh Vishwambhar Potdar having telephone no 2300094 and consumer no [protected] at my residence 001, Nav Ashokvan CHS, Behind Holy Cross School, Chikanghar, Kalyan (West),have to say that the internet connection installed at my residence is not functioning since last three days. It is showing error 691 and excess is denied. I, therefore, request you to do the needful and reinstate the connection immediately as I have to attend some urgent work. Any queries please contact me on phone no[protected] at residence. Kindly do the needful urgently. .

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that my telephone has not been working since last 10-15 days. I have given the compliant through customer service number on 10.08.2011 vide compliant reference. In the meantime I have complained personally to the BSNL area office also But he is daily tell me today i will do it, still not done. Regret to say that till writing of this letter nobody has been attended this complaint.

Presently my above telephone is in a dead condition.

I again request you to please take necessary action to re-store my above telephone connection immediately.
